Lately I have been feeling very overwhelmed. It is alot to work, love, and craft. I work a full time job which is 6 days a week and an 8 hour day. I have a two year old daughter and a boyfriend who need some love and attention, and I have lots of craft projects to get done, not to mention general house work. Sorry to everyone in my life if I can't get to all of it :)
I don't know why but lately it just seems to be too much, anyone else feeling this way? Maybe it is the moon or something :)

Feeling overwhelm is the story of my life! Trust me, you are not the only one!! BTW- Love my doll!! I received her today! She is so cute, I dont know if I can give her away to my god daughter =P hee hee Thanks again Susann! =)
ReplyDeleteYes yes yes! I was like "start school, work full time, make jewelry, design new ideas, boyfriend, friends, life - ahhhh!" So I'm taking a step back and trying to remember that my sanity is # 1 and when I'm doing my crafts out of enjoyment they come out better... basically I've given up the idea that I'm going to be pumping out jewelry every day (or even every week) for Etsy... we'll see how it goes.
ReplyDeleteYup, happening this side of the world too! You're not alone, housework piles up, crafts pile up, everyone else lacks our attention. But, if you ask them they are just fine and it's us women. I did and my hubby said I'm not sure about this artist thing (laughing while he said it) because it's been going on for years! Shut the door so they won't see it. Clean/work in one room at a time. It doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things - that's what I tell myself anyway! LOL Seasons are changing.
ReplyDeleteI agree with everything that's been said; it's like you're telling my story. Sometimes I'm too tired to even do the dishes in my sink, let alone create something. But then I think, if I just come home from work and watch TV like I want to, then that's all I'll have. So I push myself to paint, craft, etc, and try to believe that something will come of it because I took the trouble. We'll see . . .
